Venom Short Shaft motors are perfect for small watercraft such as canoes, inflatables, dories and tinnies.

The Watersnake SXW Series Transom Mount Motor has 34lbs of thrust (picture shows 44lb but looks the same). It's a hit with anglers targeting fish just about everywhere but the open ocean. All propeller shafts are stainless steel and the props have a weedless design, so you can push the boundaries during your next adventure. The motors run on 12V power and operates with five forward and three reverse speeds, which are controlled with the tiller handle throttle. This model comes with a two-blade weedless propeller, a telescopic extendable tiller handle and a heavy-duty alloy mounting bracket. The composite shaft is designed to flex on impact.

The shafts on all Venom SXW motors are an extra-tough composite constructed specifically for use in saltwater marine environments. The tiller handles are telescopic for versatility, comfort and control.
