How Click & Collect Works

Complete Outdoors is an independent business based in Christchurch only. We are located in Redwood in the shopping center on Cranford Street, not too far from Northlands Mall.

Hours:

Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday 10:00am - 5:00pm

 Click & Collect

○ Shop online as usual and add your products to cart.
○ In the cart select 'Click and Collect’ instead of delivery cost.
○ Place your order
○ Head into store with your order confirmation (Printed, Email or Phone)

Please Note: Our online systems updates frequently but sometimes there might be a small delay of 15-30 minutes for your order to show on our system. 

If your item is out of stock at the time of ordering (please check stock status) we will let you know via email & will give you a call when it is ready for you to collect.

Need it urgently please call us on 03 366 9885 to check we have stock before you make your journey to us to collect.
