Stock Status


Making Stock Statuses Simple

There are different availability statuses your product could be under and they mean different things. Please see the guide below for what the different stock status means.

Availability

When a product shows in stock this will typically mean we have the product ready & waiting for you.

✔ IN STOCK

On rare occasions, we experience errors in numbers and might not have the correct amount of stock. We apologise if this happens and will let you know immediately via email. We will make sure we get this item to you ASAP & will often try to get it sent straight from our supplier or offer you an alternative product to avoid any further delays in your order.

This status means we do not have the product in stock currently, however it is a product we usually stock. You will be alerted to out-of-stock items at checkout.

4-10 Working Days

4-10 working days is the time frame we will endeavor to get the product to you. This might take longer depending on where our supplier is based, their stock status & the day of the week the product is ordered.

This status means we do not have the product in stock currently & isn't a product that is usually part of our core range.

Online Only

However, these products are normally in stock with our suppliers. We cannot always guarantee that the supplier is holding stock at the time of purchase as it is a low demand product for us so we are not regularly checking their stock.

This status means we do not have the product in stock currently, and sadly our supplier doesn't either. 

Out of Stock

You will be alerted to out-of-stock items at checkout. This product is still current and will be imported into New Zealand however, we sadly cannot be certain when.

A Pre-order product is one that you can order but we are still working on its due date.

Pre-Order Now

It usually means it is on its way but we do not have right now. Perfect for those offseason purchases you want to guarantee that you get your hands on when the time is right.

Payment

All payments for pre-orders are taken at the time of purchase. If you would rather pay when the item is back in stock please call us on 03 366 9885 or sales@completeoutdoors.nz

Price Drops

If a Pre-Order product drops in price whilst you are still waiting for this product we will price match & refund you the difference.

A Pre-order product is one that you can order within that suggested Month for the Due date means we are due to stock and will dispatch that product from that month.

Pre-Order Now - "Month"

These can change if the supplier had delays in shipping or there are delays in products arriving from customs to us or the supplier. We will always do our best to tell you ASAP if the due date changes. Sometimes we get the product earlier than expected & we will send it to ASAP.

Price Drops

If a Pre-Order product drops in price whilst you are still waiting for this product we will price match & refund you the difference.

If the product has a stock status of discontinued it sadly means that we cannot get this product anymore.

Discontinued

It will usually mean the last one has been sold and we haven't gotten around to removing the product from our website yet.
