If you find a cheaper price elsewhere, we’ll do our best to match it.

In today's hyper-competitive market we want to make sure we are giving you the best price for your purchase. We are more than happy to match an NZ competitor's price whenever possible, however we do reserve the right to decline. You can price match instore and online.

How To Price Match

Simply press "Price Match" on any product, fill out all the necessary details & well get back to you within 2 working days.

Simply show proof of an NZ competitor pricing (e.g. website listing or catalog) & if it meets our guidelines we'll match it on the spot.

Please Note: Complete Outdoors reserves the right to verify the evidence of the identical product sold at a lower price.

FAQs

When you get in touch with us regarding your price match it must meet all of the following guidelines:

○ Proof of competitor pricing (e.g. website listing or catalog)
○ Your purchase must take place within the promotional period advertised by the competitor.
○ The Product must still be in stock and available at that price from the competitor
○ The Product must be the same make and model
○ The product must be a new, complete unopened product. e.g. not a second hand or factory second product
○ The competitor must be a New Zealand business and in NZD.
○ The price match does not apply to suppliers stock liquidation sales if they are closing down or discontinuing the line.
○ Price matching does not include typographical errors.
○ Price matching applies where the other store's final price, inclusive of delivery, taxes, fees & charges, is lower than our price.

Complete Outdoors reserves the right to verify the evidence of the identical product sold at a lower price.

If you see a cheaper price from us online or instore we'll give you the cheaper price.  Easy As!

Please Note: Sometimes products aren't the same price online vs instore, though we do endeavor to have our products at the same price online & instore.

RRP is the Recommended Retail Price. This is what is advertised on our website from the manufacturer or supplier & how we set our prices. Some companies will advertise a pre-sale or business-specific price that is their retail price.
