Made from a durable hard-anodised aircraft grade aluminium combined with a sleek shape to create an ultra lightweight utensil at an affordable price. Used for its superior strength to weight ratio, the AlphaLight cutlery uses 7075-T6 Aircraft Alloy - the “7 series” alloys are the ultimate hard alloy used in aircraft manufacturing. The hardened shell formed by hard anodization encapsulates the aluminum, to eliminate the risk of the alloy leaching into food. Items include a carabiner to keep pieces together.
